In America, have you ever seen Chinese men/non-Asian women couples?

Yeah racist my uncle is Chinese my aunt is american they live in Maple Bluff, Wisconsin he is from Jinan in the Fuzhou province china. I'm half kidding bout the racist thing but really you can't make sweeping generalizations of any one type of people just because you haven't seen them on your block. The world is a pretty big place and sometimes the more different we are the more it makes us want that person :-) Hope it helps you out with whatever it is you were wondering for :-)
