I don't think that's the case but I will say that IR dating has become more acceptable to whites and maybe IR couples feel more relaxed about socializing with whites now as opposed to the 70's and earlier when most IR couples would only be accepted in the Black community because that has been the case for centuries, mixed people have always been accepted into the Black community and it is not a novel or unusual thing to Blacks but in the white community it is relatively new and still not as acceptable as it is to Blacks. And I have to add that if a Black person IS dating a white person maybe it's because they are attracted to a more Euro centric culture in general.
