How can we put an end to College Basketball?

why would people say its not fair to the lower university? i hadn't even heard of VCU this year, but guess what??? they made it to the FINAL FOUR...and the reason that we have college/ high school sports is to prepare people for the big leagues, like the NBA, and to make the professional setting a more difficult environment and therefore much more fun to watch
