I feel really embarrassed in the gym because I don't lift a lot?

In the gym I see huge people lifting a lot, and I'm stuck at the gym with curling 25's while people are curling 90. My first day was two days ago, and I felt really discouraged to do anything. I hit the bench, and I could only do 25's with the bar so it's only 95. I feel really embarrassed when I bench especially because I see people do so much more around me and they will think I'm a little pansy. How do I overcome this? I even saw a mom lift 20's which is so close to my 25
