Leg and back pain over two weeks?

about 2 weeks ago i tripped in a small hole in our schools soccer field ( i walk across it to get to school) and hit my knee HARD so i limped my way into the school ive been limping for about a week when my knee just started giving out. and now today i have massive back pain all up my back and my knees even worse when i got out of my car today i fell and broke my little finger. when i went to the doctor after the first week she said i bruised it? is that all i did and im just being a pansy or any ideas?
