What do I do? (Black girl who likes a White guy)...?

I'm just afraid of having a relationship with this guy. This is the first time I've liked a White guy, but I'm afraid he won't like me because I'm not White. He doesn't seem racist, but I don't think he's ever been with a Black girl so it might also scare him too. I don't know what to do.... Should I just not even try? There's not any interracial couples at my school and people might treat us weird and bad, and I don't want that.
