Why when parenting the father says do you want to trade, they say it like being a parent is easy?

At least when they work they get to have breaks, they get to go home when their shift is over, 9 times out of ten they do no housework and no cooking that's all left to the mom. Being a mom is a all day and night everyday job with no breaks, gotta do housework and cook on top of that and when the mom do work she still has to work AND do housework and cook.
