Does Witch Hammer in Elkhart use numbing cream for their tattoos?

I'm getting my first tattoo fairly soon and just wondered. Now I'm not a pansy when it comes to pain but needles. That's a different story. So I was just curious. I planned on getting it in a fairly sensitive spot as well.
